- You earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at any Tous Les Jours outlet or participating online platform. Simply provide your registered phone number or scan your member QR code during checkout.

3. How do I use my vouchers?
- Once you redeem your voucher in our TLJ FreshRewards portal, you can use it like cash towards your next purchase.
4. Do my points expire?
- Yes. Points are valid for 12 months (expiring on the first of every month) from the date they are earned. We’ll send you reminders so you don’t miss out!
- Eg.If your points are collected on 2nd July 2025, they will expire on the 1st August 2026
5. Is there a reward for new members?
- Yes! All new members get a RM10 voucher upon successful sign-up. A fresh welcome to the Tous Les Joursfamily! 🥐
6: Will I get a birthday treat from Tous Les Jours?
- Yes! Celebrate your special day with a Free slice of cake and a drink (coffee or tea) worth Rm28.80 on us. The birthday treat will be issued as a voucher, valid only during your birthday month. Be sure to use it before it expires — once it’s gone, it’s gone for good!
7. Can I combine vouchers?
- No, you may not combine vouchers with other any on-going promotion in store or vouchers.
8. Can I earn points on discounted or promotional items?
- Points are awarded for the final transaction value and after discounts or vouchers are applied.
9. Where can I track my points and rewards?
- Log in to your TLJ Fresh Rewards portal to view your current points balance, voucher status, and available rewards.
10. What do I do if I forget my password?
- No worries! Just select the "Login by OTP" option on the login screen. Once you’re in, head to “Change Password and PIN” in your account settings to set a new one.
11. Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
- Yes, you can! Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom — just click it anytime. We’ll only reach out if you’d like to hear from us, so you stay in the loop on your own terms.
